Delivery Details

Delivery within Oman:
- Orders are delivered within 1-2 days during the week.
- On Thursdays and Fridays, delivery takes 2-3 days.
Delivery to other Gulf countries:
- Delivery takes between 3 days to a week.
- Delivery is available only within the Gulf countries.

Return and Exchange Policy

Exchanging an Item:
- If the customer wishes to exchange an item, the customer bears the cost of delivery.
Defective Items:
- If there is a defect in the item, Brilliena covers the full cost of return and exchange.
